I went to a jr. College it was so much more reasonable thsn a university and gave me at least as good a job as average.

During my 26 yrs in the military I was in South Korea for a total of 7 years. They call it “Key Money”. I can tell you it’s a very nice country with very nice people. If you work in the economy they take a large amount and invest it. It’s mandatory and when you leave they give it back with interest. The military sent me all over Korea and during the weekends I’d jump on a train or bus and get off at any city away from English speakers. I learned to speak and to read and made a lot of friends❤ It’s a very nice country and a lot of fun!!!🎉🎉🎉

My parents weren’t having it and threatened to disown me if I didn’t attend school (no son of theirs is going to be…) fast forward to today and I’m making less than a carpenter with nearly $100k of debt that I should be able to pay off by the time I’m 80 doing a job that makes me miserable. But because he did not have a four year degree was slow to promote, was paid less initially. This probably cost him literally 7 figures over time, but he's determined and made up for it. Then when you have enough income you leverage your first home to buy another with another loan. Then you keep doing that. The longer it goes on, the more impossible it becomes to buy a home, even with a loan.

It's weird that we don't have good words in English to describe this arrangement. You're not exactly "paying" anyone because you'll get the money back. However, you do have to put down a large sum of money as a deposit in exchange for getting to live there. Or in other words, you have to lend money in exchange for the use of the property.

Human relations is the equivalent of having a collective bargaining force. Human relations makes college, and companies recruiting from the colleges, more communist, where as unions and collective bargaining is more socialist. Socialist regulations in workers vs owners matters, allows for the people doing the actual work, to have representation and a voice. Someone invents a better way let me know. Also a difference between being an employee, and a specialist. Specialists usually have more pull, and do jobs that less % of pop could do, but the employees still need a voice and representation because without them, we aren't a fkn 1st world country understand that.
